Little and pleasant accommodation with excellent setting very close to restaurants of Bowness, and restaurants and bars.

The staff were exceptionally nice and fantastic friendly, gave us great tips. The continental breakfast was top quality for our gluten free diet.

I ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. An electric kettle, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were great.

Our location was lovely and fantastic close to everything you will need. Provided breakfast was delicious and very very good with juices, options such as omelet and omelet, exceeded our expectations. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable all the time.

Our recently refurbished and nicely furnished room was equipped with fresh cookies and a great power shower.

Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to many restaurants within walking distance, the garden which was very well maintained, and the Lake District.

Marvellous location close to village centre was a plus. Cereals and fresh fruit for breakfast were lovely, and overall it was a delicious and top class morning meal.

The staff - outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice. Newly remodelled and nicely furnished room with nice shower, kettle, for example, warm drinks in the on-site bar. Lovely design.

Had 4 nights in Bowness-on-Windermere, spending our time here lovely. The breakfast was top as expected with juices and Hot Chocolate and an option for eggs made to order.

Had very relaxing stay for our first visit to the lake district and the weather was fine. The location was central, excellent down the hill. And it was also close to the Lakeland shop the one that sells clothes, and Near enough to walk to the centre of Bowness.

Spotlessly clean and pleasant place, has fabulous views of lake. The venue is placed in a central position in an area where people want a good start to an energetic day of walking. The bets part that it's right by the Lakeland shop as well as all the shops and restaurants.

Sincerely, it was a pleasant stay on an extra night. We had delicious and very very good breakfasts! The location by overgrown plants on the veranda which was a shame was magnificent and unbeatable. Appreciated that it was set next to restaurants, shops and lakeside, Bowness / Windermere and all the shops restaurants & pubs.

The breakfast served was delicious, everything you could wish for, with Hot Chocolate and fruit and options such as omelet. The hotel was in a central location in a lovely area of Bowness on Windermere.

I had cold breakfast, it could be better.

Thoroughly enjoyed this independent hotel, and we would come back for sure. Everything was very good, the wifi was free. We ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus.
